Your Role as a Volunteer:
At Pacific Theatre, we offer three distinctive volunteer positions, each with its own set of exciting responsibilities:
- Concessions Enthusiast: As a Concessions Volunteer, you’ll take charge of selling concessions, working closely with our Front-of-House Manager, handling transactions, and mastering our POS system.
- Programs Pro: Join us as a Programs Volunteer, where you’ll be responsible for distributing programs, providing assistance to our Front of House Manager, and ensuring patrons are comfortably seated.
- Tickets Maestro: Take center stage as a Tickets Volunteer, responsible for efficiently managing ticket tear-offs, supporting the Front of House Manager, and assisting patrons with their queries.
Our Commitment and Expectations:
We value the dedication of our volunteers immensely. To ensure the smooth functioning of our performances, we kindly request all volunteers to arrive one hour prior to the show’s commencement. Consistency and punctuality are crucial, as missing shifts or repeated lateness may impact your future volunteering opportunities. Our dress code is defined as office semi-formal.
